The Program
We come up with an eating plan ( not a diet ) that becomes a way of life.
Your child meets in a one on one private environment without peers where they can be comfortable.
Your child will be challenged physically/ mentally with all types of exercises from boxing drills to bodyweight exercise.
Not only will they become more fit more healthy but increase their confidence and self esteem.

WHAT IS TAUGHT :
OBSERVATION, AVOIDANCE ,ESCAPE - being able to detect dangerous situations and tactics to avoid and escape dangerous situations
SETTING BOUNDARIES - Being assertive in making others respect your physical boundaries .
DE-ESCALATION -Means adjusting our behavior and words to an aggressor to change their mind and or actions or using this technique.
PHYSICAL SELF DEFENSE Last but not least . If all else fails or there is no chance of the other techniques working.

How are these classes different from traditional martial arts?
There are NO rules in Krav Maga
Krav maga is NOT a sport or
mixed martial arts
Krav maga is designed for the practitioner to go as hard and fast as possible and receive as little damage as possible.
Krav maga is not a lifelong program for enlightenment or tradition
Krav maga is designed for immediate action and does not require years of practice to perform.
The Non -physical aspects of self -defense are scenario based.
