We determine and plan what needs to be eliminated, reduced and increased or replaced in your life .
2. You begin changing what you do daily and working with me at least twice weekly ,you may also have homework exercises to complete .
3. We monitor your progress weekly and hold you accountable for carrying out the plan you greed to and make necessary adjustments along the way .
The challenge for many is discipline especially when dealing with food and you can improve your health by just eating better the best way to optimize your health is by eating right and exercising forever.
